Did Santa visit us?
The handful of us who were in the office today got to experience quite a treat. Well, treats.... Apparently a package was attempted delivery to us on Monday but since we were out-of-the-office we got it today. And in it was a wonderful mix of cookies, candy, and sweets! Yum!
Courtesy of Postie Jody there was chocolate-covered peanut brittle (my personal weakness), pretzel rods with one end loaded with chocolate, peanut butter brownies with chocolate drizzles, and cookies with candy in the middle. What a great pick-me-up for the first day back from a four-day weekend! We all dove at the box like ravage beasts. Here's a photo we took, trying to best represent the treats in their natural state:
I particularly love the ''jab'' at Courtney (see note below), for the treats she sent us a couple of weeks ago! Candy wars -- my favorite!

I was so disappointed that the post office took so long to deliver those to you so I am glad you enjoyed them!
The blog updates on the front page weren't updating over the holidays so I wasn't sure you had even received them. :)
